3. Payments & Deliverables

Funds are held in escrow until work is delivered and approved.
Late approvals or non-responses may result in automatic release of payments.
4. Client Responsibilities

Paying agreed fees through Swishr (off-platform payments are prohibited).
Ensuring projects booked comply with UAE laws and licensing requirements.
5. Freelancer & Agency Responsibilities
Freelancers and agencies are responsible for:
Providing accurate profile details, including licensing status where required.
Delivering services as agreed with the client.
Complying with Swishr’s rules, UAE labor/commercial laws, and anti-fraud measures.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with Swishr’s Refund Policy.
Once a project starts, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated case by case.
Swishr reserves the right to mediate disputes, and our decision will be final.
7. Limitation of Liability
Swishr facilitates connections but does not employ freelancers or agencies. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from projects. Our responsibility is limited to payment handling and platform operations.
8. Compliance & Licensing
Only licensed freelancers and agencies may provide regulated services via Swishr.
Clients booking unlicensed providers for regulated work do so at their own risk and may not be eligible for refunds.
Swishr may suspend accounts that violate compliance requirements.
9. Third-Party Tools & Links
Swishr may include integrations with third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies.
